Pillarbox is a privately owned company specialising in the manufacture, printing and personalisation of boxes and envelopes. We are based in Haydock, Lancashire and our workforce is 30 strong. We have a dedicated marketing and sales team supported by comprehensive administration and manufacturing facilities.
Our Customers are drawn from across the commercial spectrum, including Local Authorities, Charities and a diverse range of Professional, Industrial and Business users. We sell our products throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and whilst we service a broad range of customers and markets, we are not dependant on any one sector for a disproportionate level of our activity.
Many of our products are made either from recycled materials, or wood pulp which comes from timber grown in sustainably managed forests. We are very focussed on our environmental obligations and responsibilities. Nearly 90% of production waste is sent for recycling, and we are working hard to eliminate the use of solvent-based and other unfriendly inks and chemicals.
We operate from our purpose built factory in Haydock. The premises are in a prominent and easy accessible position on the Eastbound A580 and about 3 minutes drive from junction 23 on the M6 motorway.
