Pillarbox Envelopes has been producing bespoke-printed envelopes for UK councils for over 20 years. We have a range of size, print and colour options for councils and government bodies who require branded envelopes to convey the importance of the inner contents.
Our in-house studio designers use the latest design equipment to deliver your envelope designs with a consistent and vibrant aesthetic. Our in-house printing allow us to provide four colour and mono print production to effectively manage any quantity of envelope order that we receive. Choose from a range of size options, including popular C4, C5 and DL envelopes.
We offer a complete in-house ‘design to print’ service, bespoke to your requirements. We can help to design and format your logo, text or imagery onto an appropriate envelope size for the required contents.

- manilla gusseted envelopes on sizes 82×108 to 460x387mm
- window or non-window varieties
- from postcard size up to A4
- print in black and white or full colour
