Customised postal donation envelopes including DL envelopes, C5 envelopes or C4 envelopes for high impact mailings. Special gummed pocket or wallet coin envelopes to collect cash, cheque or card donations.

Our envelope sizes in our printed envelope range include C4 envelopes, C5 envelopes, C6 envelopes and DL envelopes.

Sizes available: C4 (229mm x 324mm), C5 (229mm x 162mm), C5+ (235mm x 162mm), C6 (162mm x 114mm), DL (220mm x 110mm).
Paper weight: 80gsm – 120gsm

Flap types available: Self-seal, Gummed or Peel and Seal

If required, our studio team can take your logo and other imagery and design the ideal envelope for you at no additional cost. It is very important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the design of their printed envelopes. That’s why our designer will always provide you with a proof before going to print.

We charge £10 as standard for delivery on an envelope quantity of 4,000 or less. Free delivery is applied to orders of 5,000 or more.

You’re always sure to receive a prompt and reliable delivery from Pillarbox Packaging. Typically, our lead times on custom printed envelopes are 2-3 weeks, however we will provide a guaranteed delivery date to you once you have place your order.
